Delivery & Gift Services
We currently only deliver to mainland UK and aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.

We have a standard delivery charge of £4.50 and all orders are sent out by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. Delivery is free for all orders over £100.

All of our products can be delivered as gifts and wrapped accordingly. Just add a shipping address along with your billing address when placing your order. If you send us a short message with your order, we can enclose a gift note to your recipient.

Returns
​
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase but if you would like to return an item please contact us by email at bluebellemporium@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within these 14 days for a full refund. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns are at your own cost.
Damaged items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at bluebellemporium@yahoo.com and do not dispose of the damaged item as we will require photographic evidence for a full refund.
Candle Safety
Never leave burning candles unattended. Burn candles out of the reach of children and pets. Remove all packaging before use. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep candles away from flammable materials, sources of heat, overhanging objects and polished surfaces. Place candles in an upright position on a secure heat resistant surface. Do not move burning candles. Containers may become hot during use, avoid touching or moving it once lit. Do not move holder once wax is liquid. Do not place candles in a draught. Extinguish candles if they smoke, flicker repeatedly, or the flame becomes too high. Always snuff out the flame. Do not blow out. Extinguish candles using a snuffer, taking care not to damage the wick. Keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring. If the flame contacts the side of the container never allow the candle to remain burning. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not allow candles to burn down completely, extinguish when approximately 1-2 cm of wax remains.
